Graphic Designer for new T-Shirt design and ongoing work

We are looking for a new designer to work with, initially on one design but with a view to ongoing monthly work. The first design we want someone to work on is to design 3 or 4 variants on our initial design and the final one print ready.
Our initial designs are attached to this job. The design is for a T-Shirt for our clothing label. But you don't need any clothing based experience.
