Graphic Design of Content for a Flash Display

We are looking for someone who can produce nice graphical content for use in a flash display that will be positioned prominently on our Homepage.

Our web developers are struggling to come up with a design that fulfills our requirements and we are now looking elsewhere for inspiration.

The flash display will comprise of four elements, each of which needs a design that aligns with the theme of our site and the brand, whilst at the same time engaging users from all dempgraphics.

Our website is a cashback model and we are attempting to \'lift\' our design and features above the main competition, so we are looking for something that will stand out from the crowd, and entice people to keep returning to the site, even if it is just to view the flash display!
