Graphic design

I recently rebranded and was very pleased with the result and have the following stationary designed ; letter head business card and comp slip.

However the agency wanted to charge a wapping £200 to design an invoice form.
I have all the original artwork and pdf's / brand manual etc now need ;

1.An invoice template designed.

2.A variety of other forms which I give to clients such as feedback sheets and newsletters etc.

3. Assistance with a new web rebuild

I have eye issues so personal contact and understanding is very necessary for the individual helping me with this brief

It would help if you lived in the Redhill / Reigate surrey area as there are other parts of the project to be discussed or if you were near Harley Street in London.

I am looking to build a long term business relationship with the individual that I hire for this project.

Previous copy writing experience would be a real bonus.

I am looking for mac users only I am afraid
