Graphic design

Hi there. I need a background for something I am working on done. It will be printed at A2. I want it to have a water colour affect and use blue tones because I want it to kind of look like water or drops of water. Other than that you have full creativity.

Ive attached some images just to give you an idea of what I am talking about for the style. But one of them uses green and I do not want green i want blues only. The example with the blue is pretty much exactly what I am after.

Ideally I would like this sent to me as a pdf for a2 as well as a photoshop file.

Would you be able to do this and if so how fast can I get it?
