Front Render required for building Photoshop - URGENT JOB

Hi,

I urgently need this job completed in the next 12 hours (9pm UK time to 9am UK time, 5th - 6th July). Much more similar work to follow for the right person

I need someone to render / photoshop the attached photo (1. Building to improve), with the following details:
- Change colour of front facade to look like '2. Existing Building Frontage'
- Clean upper windows / change to new thin framed glazing
- Clean ground floor windows to look new and ideally some people inside to look like '3. Use similar images for ground floor windows'
- Place a brand logo on front (to be shared)

If possible
- Place some growing plants onto facade / potted plants out the front by the door
- Add terrace handrail to the roof, with overhanging planting
