Freelance graphic designer for print and dm

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to create some print ads and dm for a new campaign.

I'm the marketing manager at one of the UK's largest b2b publishers and am responsible for eight brand portfolios. Generally I need a designer to put adhoc campaigns together for print and for the right person this could be roughly three campaigns a quarter.

I've attached an example of a previous campaign for this brand and also an idea of the graphic I'm looking for with this campaign.
