Food Packaging - Bag redesign template for printing

I need a designer who can created a template for a granola Bag for use by printers.
We have the dimensions of the existing bag and the images that we want for the front and back of the bag printing
Bag is 280mm x 80mm with an 80 mm Gusset.

I need the print file in Adobe for bag printers to be able to use in production.
So its a matter of setting up the print template and recreating the artwork from another design to the new size
