FLOOR PLAN 2D plans using AutoCAD

I have a small land and want to make some drawings for planning, the land is approx 12000sq ft

We want to make a portal steel frame building approx 6000sq feet, we will make the building long rectangle because we can then divide the units into small starter units.

I have attached something from previous works, but that was much bigger project , this is just to give you an idea of the work we want.

I will provide the land area size in CAD format you can then make the 2D drawing for me.

All the units are all same sizes with 1 car park space.

We will need to use this as part of planning purpose.

We plan to make have 12 small starter units.
