Extract and Edit Floorplans from Architectural Drawings

Hi there! We are looking for someone to help extract and edit a floorplan that's in PDF format. They are scans of the original drawings so there aren't any CAD, etc requirements. There are PDFs of the floorplans with the technical markings. We'd like to simplify the drawings (using photoshop or other editing software) so that you can just see where the rooms are without the technical markings. These images will be used to show potential renters the floorplans of each unit.

I've attached one of the floorplans as an example. As you can see, there are lots of markings. We just want it edited to reveal the basic floorplan. We can leave some helpful measurements and the room labels but remove most of it.

There are 9 layouts that need to be edited.
