Evaluation and Learning Illustrator/Designer

I will be conducting a short quarterly review with my team and would like to produce a 'Story so far' or 'Distance Travelled' document, perhaps A4 only. I hope to summarise what has happened in the last 3 months with some bespoke illustration/design to accompany it.

I don't mind whether it is hand-drawn or computer-designed, as long as it has the desired impact of positively reminding people how far we have come.
