Drawing/Sketch

I am seeking an artist to draw a man in his mid to late 30s. The face should be close in looks to figure in pic #1. Here is additional info:

1. The drawing should be on an 8 inch x 11 inch (or similar size) paper.
2. The drawing should be pencil or graphite.
3. The drawing should be a frontal portrait…like figure in pic #1.
4. Skin should be medium olive…like someone from southern Afghanistan region.
5. Hair should be dark brown; eyes should be dark brown.
6. Eyes should be a bit bigger than figure in pic #1. Pupils somewhat closer, but the subject should not be drawn as cross-eyed.
7. The facial template should be slightly wider at the cheekbones area than figure in pic #1.
8. He had lost hair and was semi bald. Please see pic #2 for demonstration of his hair.
9. The nose/lips/mouth need not be drawn. Please cover it with a triangular, white cloth like pic #3.

You’ll have allow at least a few re-dos (and any accompanying adjustments that might be needed for each re-do). Once we agree on the final image, please send a high-resolution digitalized image. I will also ask that you agree to sign a full copyright release to the final drawing so I can publish the sketch in a book. And finally, I will ask that you mail the hard copy to me.
