Could you design one character to be in a similar but not identical style to the samples in the PDF attached. If you can make the first one. I have another 40 for you in the next project.
In essence I'm looking for a virtual character concept to be created from the photo attached. Some character could be given to the design through background on the image. I.E the person is involved in technology and has a pug (mops) dog.
Eventually there will be a group of around 40 images, each having their own personality traits.
