Design skyscraper as crafting instruction for children

I need you to design a skyscraper which children can print to paper in order to construct the building in paper form.

The example given shows the same concept I found applied to an animal. I just need this to be implemented for a specific skyscraper attached (the tallest building in the picture with the antenna).

If the end product is good enough, I plan to create more of such models. Your creativity is needed here. It it a non commercial project.
