Design only of look and feel of home page for website

We are an office supplies company.
We need someone with an eye for design to come up with ideas for look and feel of our new website.
We already have someone to build it.
We want something modern, fresh looking without too much clutter.
We want to attract mainly medium size businesses.
It will have a slight female angle on it but will also appeal to men.
We would like optimise the use of stars in text and images where possible.
I can email you an image of what we have come up with so far.
We need this really by 20th June 2013.
