Design of new leaflets

I'm wondering if you can help with (initially) designing a leaflet for our company Take Part in Research. Our company offers people the opportunity to take part in paid research such as focus group discussions, telephone interviews, online forums etc. Our challenge is finding people that don't know they are able to do this by leafleting and placing posters in places such as doctors surgeries, pubs, shopping centres ect.

I'm wondering if this is something that you can help with? Eventually we are also looking for someone to re-design our Roots Research website. This is our client facing website and also any advice on the improvement the Take Part in Research would be very welcome.
