Design of funny electronic Christmas Card

We are looking for someone to design a Christmas card to go out to our associates. We have an idea of how we want the card to look, we just need someone to design this.

This will be an electronic Christmas card which will eventually be animated to move, and flick through the card, and have music playing in the background. If you have capacity to do this as well as designing the card, please let me know. The card will need to be easily embedded into an email. We are open to people just designing the card as well.

Please provide some examples of previous work when applying for the job.

Budget quoted is for design and animation. Just design will be lower.
