Design my flyer (for a daycare organisation)!

For a new flyer for our daycare we need a professional designer. The following job requirements are required (may be finetuned during the road):
- design of a full colour flyer using our logo to be incorporated in the flyer
- design must me provided within 2 weeks after the job has been discussed
- design (at closing and confirmed by us) must be provided to us in the format which is required by our printing office - e.g. jpg
- any (technical) difficulties during printing process (e.g. colours, format, heigth) must be changed by professional without any extra charges
- after completion design is fully owned by employer
