Design Graphics

I would like someone to design my sketch (please see attachments) only the Eid Mubarak in bold text and preferably someone who can add the arabic as well below the bold text. Size A5. Ignoring the pole.

Also sticking with the orginal colour scheme (green and blue text) in sketch plus other colour shemes pink and black text and blue and white text, three different colour schemes in total.

And also providing all files once completed (AI, PNG, JPEG and PDF)
