Design an illustrated secretary working in an office

We are needing an illustration of a virtual secretary designing. Illustration to have secretary working in an office, at her desk, with others in the office, with office furniture, folders, clocks etc into the image. The image will be a banner on our website, therefore the whole office needs to be designed. Should show a busy office with others working in background but not necessarily showing other secretaries in details. Needs to show main secretary designed in detail (to be brunette) wearing glasses and telephone headset. Must fit stereotypical image of secretary yet be fashionable and modern.
