Design a word art bus blind

Industry: Art and Design
Design details: I have a list of words I want arranging in a bus blind style word art design white text on black background.
A4 size printable file
Similar is style to the photo attached with vertical and horizontal word orientation but with different words I will email to you.
This needs to be done in indesign illustrator or photoshop please don't submit a proposal if you intend to use word cloud software to design this that wont work and I could do that myself :-)
Ideas for the visual style: word art
Preferred colors: black and white
Where the design will be used: print
Extra notes: Please let me know how quickly you could do this and please confirm that you will NOT be using word cloud software. I have used someone before who used this click a button generator software to produce a word art design and was a waste of time as you cannot move individual words around and the output files aren't suitable for print.
