Design a series of Web banner advert templates

Launching a website that allows local garages to advertise on the site with a banner advert 425 pixels wide by 400 pixels high. I want to allow them to choose an advert from a selection of customisable templates that you will be producing. All we would need to do is replace the template text with the garage's name and number and maybe add their logo.
I'm looking for 10 template designs for MOT's and 10 template designs for Servicing & Repair.
