Design a logo + design of the outline of two people shaking hands

I need a logo re-done + a picture of the outline of two people shaking hand. You'll find enclosed a current mock-up of what the Homepage of our site will look like in c.2 weeks (using 'not quite right' placeholders for both the logo and the picture).

The time frame for the work is preferably this week, or beginning of next week, and the budget is £250. The theme we are aiming for is a 'warm' alternative to LinkedIn.
