Design a graphic for this promotional leaflet on energy saving advice

Design details: We have designed a leaflet promoting an energy saving advice drop in session, It is all mostly fine except for the central graphic on the first page. We want something better to go there to represent the theme of a neighbour saving more than the other people in his street/area. It could be a variation on this a row of houses, with one happy/warm and the others sad/cold, or it could be a completely different way of representing it. We want people to be jealous of their neighbour, and motivated to come to the advice session to save money.sim
Ideas for the visual style: simple, bold graphical. Not too clip-arty
Things to avoid: The shapes of people as we have on there at the moment are not right - they look too generic, like something from Microsoft Office clipart.
Preferred colors: Shoud fit with yellow and blue colour scheme - but doesnt have to be those colousrs for the graphic/illustration
Where the design will be used: on a leaflet, and possibly on a poster version as well.
Extra notes: We need this ASAP. The quicker you can send something good the better. Doesnt need to be complex!

We will probably be editing the other elements of the leaflet - ignore them, just concentrate on the graphic
