Extra notes: I need to get a Gif Image designed. You only need to work off an existing gif image.

The gif image I would like to use is on this website:

About half way down, you will see the Gauge which goes from yellow to red.
I would like the exact same GIF image but with numbers on the boxes and for the arrow to go back to Yellow at the end.

So, need two adjustments:
1. Numbers on Gauge as per attached image
2. Arrow needs to go back to Yellow at the end.
