CV design

Hi there,
I'd like some help to get my CV looking good. Pretty simple brief involving basic layout design and typesetting and perhaps some illustration (not essential). I work in the advertising industry so stand-out is a must. I'd like the final file to be saved as a high-res PDF, and I'd also like the header saved as a Jpg so that I can use it for future CV updates on Word Docs.
