Custom Header for website

Hello
I need a custom header designing for a website I am creating using on Create ( www.create.net)

The header needs to be 1200 x 200 pixels. I have a logo and stock images which could be used.

I will be selecting the winnning bid the end of July.

I would need copyright to pass to me once logo is designer.

Please bid total amount of project or total number of hour/s.

I need the header to be visually appealing and not overly complicated and no moving graphics.

Please have a portfolio of past banners/headers designed please.
