Custom graphic design work

I need custom graphics done for multiple Elearning courses. The first assignment is a course map with buildings and people. Will provide more detail upon award. Must be able to turn around graphics in less than 48 hours and be willing to Skype and brainstorm ideas and make revisions during EST business hours, as needed.

Additional information:
Please make sure you list whether you have any experience with training materials or elearning modules, as well as your graphic design software preference and experience.

Would like to work with someone familiar with print and screen layout, making transparencies of existing images for elearning, and can understand English and translate my vision into a reality (in terms of custom graphics).
