Custom Flag Design

I am creating a gift for a family member. I want to make a custom flag for her. A flag in a similar spirit as a country's flag. I created a digital version using images from Google. However, I want the flag to appear more natural, not crude like my digital version. My digital version includes images of things she is interested in (i.e. that bird, waterfalls, the sun, trails). Can you help me make a custom flag?
