Create illustration of Cafe & bike hire centre from photos

I am putting together a proposal to lease a newly constructed building at the entrance of a local park. This will be a cafe/coffee shop on one side and bike hire centre on the other.

Using photos / plans of the new building (which I will supply) I need an illustration of how the business could look once in operation.

It should showcase the potential of the building and the strength of our proposal.

I would need a first version for the 9th of March and a final version (subject to any requested amends) for the 11th of March.

Please include examples of previous / similar work as part of the proposal.
