Create EPS file of logo based on existing png file.

We have an existing logo in png format (original designer lost in the mists of time..). Now we need a hi-res, EPS version for print use. So the job is to make an exact copy of the .png and give us an EPS that is indistinguishable from the original (but much better for print, obviously).

We also have a much larger jpg version, but that is missing the 'delivery made easy' tagline.I have attached this for convenience.
