Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I would like to create a form in PowerPoint (not another tool like InDesign), save the form as a PDF and then use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC auto detect the fields and create a form, so the it become a fillable PDF.
I've created a short video to illustrate https://www.screencast.com/t/0el6NYkQ. I've also created a basic PPT file with a sample form which is attached.
What I am hoping for, is a PPT file that can be used in Adobe Acrobat Pro to create a fillable PDF. And that I am able to then recreate forms myself. Ideally, a short screencast video like the one I have created showing me how to replicate the solution or clear instructions that I can follow.
