Create a Flash image

Design details: I would like a flash image to be used on my website, I would like a garland of bulb lights that look like they are lighting up in a sequence. I have attached an image of the garland of lights. As this is going to be put on my website it needs to have NO background. The lights need to be clear not coloured and all daggling down if possible (doesn`t matter if not)

Extra notes: I have attached an image of the kind of lights and also an image of my website front page, I want the string of lights to run under title (just so you have an idea what I am using it for.
