Create a Christmas company collegues carton

Hi there,
For Christmas, I would like to create a high res PDF with a Christmas background of my colleagues. This will require carton drawing/caricature illustration for 9 faces.
See a few examples, and I will send 2 pictures from each of my colleagues for the caricature/cartoon.
Please can you share a similar example you have done in the past?
For the background a nice Christmas tree with the Mery Christmas wording. Something classy and simple as per example 4.
