Concept art of children's book characters

Hi Cou, I'm trying to convince my wife to turn her children's book ideas into reality.

I'd like to get 2 characters brought to life in illustration in a kind of sketch / scamp style, along with the title sitting above each character.

The first idea is called 'The Scrunchkins' - they're sort of gnome like creatures with scrunched up faces and scrunched up hearts - they're very negative by nature and always see the worst in every situation.

The second is 'The tired princess' - she's a classic princess who is always exhausted and falls asleep at the worst possible moments.

I'd like to give these to her on her birthday which is the 21st of September - would that time frame work for you?
