Company name, branding and logo, website look and feel

I am working on a web learning platform for the automotive sector.

I need the following:
- Help with coming up with a catchy name for the platform
- A logo design
- Look and feel of the website

The job will be awarded to a person that can demonstrate (in order of importance):
- Creativity and design skills
- User interface expertise
- Relevant project experience (automotive, learning)
