I require a detailed floor plan illustrating the layout and dimensions of each commercial unit within a former mill building. The multi-unit property, converted from a mill, currently houses approximately 7-8 individual spaces occupied by various businesses. An accurate floor plan delineating each unit's footprint and square footage is needed for submission to the local valuation agency. The assessment authority will utilize the floor plan documentation to appraise the property and recalculate rates for each business tenant based on updated space allocations. Candidates should have experience drafting technical drawings of real estate floor plans following industry standards for clarity, precision and presentation. Hand or computer-aided technical drawing skills are required to precisely depict wall placements, doors, windows and any other essential architectural elements within reasonable scale. Unit labels and dimensions must be clearly provided. The finished floor plan will help facilitate fair reassessment of individual business rates at the multi-occupant commercial property formerly operated as a mill.
