Christmas Artwork/Posters/Signs for an 'Elf School'

I am looking for someone to create some Christmas artwork for me, to be used around an 'Elf School'.

We are running the activity (think Christmas grotto style) in a Shopping Centre and I need to create some banners/posters and props to be hung on the walls to make it feel like it's a school. I'd like school timetables, teacher lists, inspirational mottos etc....I WILL WRITE THE CONTENT, I just need a clever artworker to design them so I can have them printed professionally.

The feel is FESTIVE VINTAGE and I can send some examples of what I'm looking for. I need these completed by the end of November ideally - there will be about 7 or 8 different pieces to design - the budget is tight so I will be low maintenance :-)
