Christian Book Illustrations

The book's illustrations will be full color, and the scenes will depict key aspects of the New and Old Testament as well as some everyday scenes. Some of the illustrations will be relatively complex, like the sample I ask for below. But others will be simple—a headshot of one of the disciples, or a box with some keys in it, for example. I'm not sure at the moment how many illustrations will be needed, but it's safe to say that we'll need about 30 of the "complex" illustrations and 60-90 of the simple ones. My team is hard at work writing the book right now, and we won't know how many illustrations will be needed until we're finished with the editorial process.


Provide This Sample, Please Before you're hired: (relatively complex with great details and color)
I'd like to see a specific sample of your work, please. Here are some basic specs:
The book must have mass appeal, so it'll be used by both adults and kids. Therefore, we need illustrations that will appeal to both groups. For the sample, please send in a full-color illustration of a Noah's Ark scene (one that shows the rain coming down and the boat already floating on the water.) Please show at least one human and one animal in the scene so I can see what you do with human/animal forms. The sample will ONLY be used to determine your suitability for the project and will not be sold to any third party or used for any reason other than stated above.
