Chokebuster

i would like an image and words designed that can be printed on stickers. Saved to image file type CDR, PDF and PNG so i can edit in future. The sticker will have wording and an image will be of a hand strangling a toilet. The image will need to fit on a circle sticker along with wording. The sticker is 50mm diameter. I have uploaded the 50mm sticker that has the wording. I would like 3-4 sample images to pick from. Color should work with the black background and yellow. thanks kind regards David
