Design details: We are looking for an artist to create a one off illustration / design for a character of a cow in a style of children's book. The illustration will be subsequently used as a concept when creating a plastic toy later based on the same character. The illustration must be cheerful and happy rather than realistic or anatomically correct; as it needs to appeal to little children (6+ months). Please see a file attached as a reference, so your illustration can draw inspiration from there in terms of style but it cannot be just a copy.
