Children's book series artist

I need an artist who can look at photos of real animals and turn them into children's book characters. The book is based on animals I have owned in the past. Each animal will have several different photos for reference and I will give a detailed description of what is happening in each scene. There are 8 different animal characters and 2 human characters. I am looking for cover art in addition to 14 -18 illustrated pages (scenes). I would need commercial use (ownership) and unlimited revisions is a must. There are three more books in this series so if the artwork is good I would like to use the same artist for the others as well. The artist will get credit in the book for their work. In addition to mentions on social media, and other promotional outlets. I would like a 3-4 week turn around but there is some wiggle room on this.
