Children’s book illustrator and lay out designer

I am looking for an illustrator for a children’s book that will be approximately 30 single panels, or 15 two page spreads. The characters are humanoid, of indeterminate race. I’m looking for some thing that is emotional and over the top colorful- think Candyland. The book will be a tool in promoting social, emotional learning. Would like a color theory to reflect the emotions portrayed in the storyline.
