Children's book illustrator

I have written a very short story for children. It involves a Chihuahua dog whose lead became caught on the leg of a swan (whilst out walking by a lake) and when the swan realised he had a dog strapped to his leg by the lead - he jumped into the lake and sped off at great speed. The Chihuahua's lead was jerked out of his owners hand and, before he could do anything about it, he found himself speeding along the surface of the water - water-skiing effectively - which lasted a few moments before exhaustion overcame him and he bagan to sink. (He was saved in the nick of time)! I need a cartoon-like picture to illustrate the front cover only, which I thought might be uploaded onto the Amazon Kindle website for sale at under £1. What price would I need to pay for this picture (which should include the title "The Dog and Swan" and "by .......my name......."?
