Chartoon 2d character for animation

I'm in need of an illustrator/animator skilled in developing cartoon-style characters that are animation-ready. That is, the delivery should consist of various pieces like the face, arms, legs, etc so it can be easily animated.

We need a friendly character that resembles an alien. You can find some reference images.

We would need 2 versions: one standing and one sitting inside the UFO. Each with the parts separated so it can be animated.
