Certificate Design. One page A4.

Industry: Healthcare
Design details: I teach a one day medical course. At the end of which I give all attendees a certificate of completion. I currently use a very simple existing design. But I would like a new and improved version. I have mocked up a vague idea of what the new design might look like. But this can be overridden if needed. So I would like someone to take this task off me and see it through. My branding exists already, which is a simple white leaf in a green circle, with my company name underneath.
I envision this being less than a days work.

Some notes:
- The certificates are in .psd format from Adobe Photoshop - and they must stay in that format.
- I must be able to modify it myself, in order to change the name and date for each person.
- My branding includes the font 'Rockwell'.
- The certificate design must not be an edge to edge design.
