Cartoonist needed to draw comic

We need four comic strips drawn to take up a full page spread.a cartoonist who can also color the cartoons a plus. We have characters already that need to be used. We need someone who will communicate promptly, work wit our deadlines, and pay close attention to our specifications. We will have a lot of specific reqirements regarding the comic.
