Cartoon Illustration needed for Property Company semi-serious

I have started a company (TheRent.guru) which has built online software that allows Letting Agents in the UK to "POWER" their property viewings. My software allows Letting Agents to take their property adverts and let users:

* Book a viewing online 24hrs a day
* Automatically remind viewers about the viewing (Text and Email)
* Suggest other properties for the viewer to see
* Garner feedback after the viewing and suggest other properties

All helping Letting Agents increase their number of viewings by 30%-40%.

I am trying to create a graphic/illustration to demonstrate a normal property advert with a few viewings and a turbo-boosted, super powered, property advert that is pulling in the viewings night and day.

I originally had the idea of a sad, drab house, in the dark, grey rain sitting next to a happy, sunny house with lots of people looking around on the same street. Maybe as a banner landscape illustration.

I need a quick and simple way to show that my software empowers viewings for Lettings Agents generating 30%-40% more viewings that they currently get.

Another idea I had was to create a "Mr Muscle" type super hero, like Iron Man, flying over a normal house and smiling. With his new armour and jet booster having been given the "POWER" from my software.

Just a couple of ideas. I need to get across that a property advert (either on Rightmove or Zoopla or Gumtree) is better and more responsive using my software.

I am open to all suggestions and will be accepting a 2/3 proposals to explore some ideas. Please note the design needs to be a fresh, clean design that can quickly convey my message and be understood from a distance i.e on a poster.

I am looking for a hi-quality illustration/design which I can use on my website TheRent.guru and also in paper advertising. I would also like the original design file in case I need to change it further down the line please.

When choosing a few designers I will be looking at other work the designer have completed as part of their PPH portfolio. If you want to include any previous work in your proposal I will be happy to take a look.
