Book illustrator (small job)

I write short books/novellas to order for private clients. I have them printed as slim paperbacks for private distribution (ie not for sale).

I want to find a good illustrator who can knock together an imaginative front cover and two or three pencil drawing illustrations to insert in the text. I will provide the themes needed for the cover and a description for the illustration.

if I find someone I can work well with, I will be needing some design (logo, cartoons, etc) for a new website in a couple of months.

I have no idea of cost, but as I 'exist' here on PPH as a contractor too I know that quality and reliablity cost a wee bit more. However - please be sensible.
