Book Cover Illustration

I have a written a dog training book, I am looking an illustration for the cover that is Me stood in a casual stance hands on hips, with 5 dogs around me.

Me - I have head shots for you to get my look. My body can be pretty generic grey t-shirt with the slogan 'Rescue Ranger' and blue jeans.
Dogs - these dogs are the ones I have worked with so I would prefer to get their likeness as much as possible - a little bit of artist licence wll be allowed.
Basic shading to show ground.

Although I am happy for this to be one full image ideally I like to have indviudual use of each dog and myself too.

I'd like the image to have a handpainted/drawn look - have attached images illustrations I like.

I can provide access to high quality photos of my dogs too.
