Blueprint style poster

Hi all

I am looking for an individual to help me develop an A3 sized poster, this will be in the blueprint style - you know the type, blue background and white lines of a specific object.

Layout suggestions will be discussed, no annotation required. Ideally need it in an editable format, your name will be included on the final piece - and if its of interest, a copy of the final version fully printed will be sent to you. I am looking to complete this job in the next 3-4 weeks but expect the work to take an evening at most.
